Shipping

1 How long will it take to get my order?

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Timing may vary depending on your location, courier capacity, and local delivery conditions.

You will receive email updates with your tracking information once your order ships.

2 My package still hasn’t arrived. How do I locate it?

If there has been no movement in your tracking updates, or if the package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting the courier directly using the tracking number provided via email.

Orders

1 I ordered the wrong item by accident. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is usually not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed, as orders are processed very quickly. We kindly ask all customers to double-check their order details before confirming.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the amount excluding shipping costs will be refunded after the returned parcel is received and inspected (if applicable).

We do not offer refunds for completed orders unless the item is missing or arrives damaged/defective.
